We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team and help maintain a high-standard manufacturing environment while ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our facility systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You will play a key role in facility improvement projects, risk management, and supporting daily operations.
What will I be doing?
- Perform daily monitoring of facility equipment.
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Attend daily meetings to communicate facility issues to stakeholders.
- Manage facility improvement projects, including system upgrades and new installations.
- Develop maintenance plans and safety procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee utilities for new equipment installations and relocations.
- Supervise subcontractors and external maintenance personnel.
What skills do I need?
- MSc or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
- 3-5+ years in facilities engineering, preferably in microelectronics or cleanroom environments.
- Strong technical understanding of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.).
- Ability to manage installation and maintenance projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Building Management Systems (BMS) (a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
