ResponsibilitiesOur team is responsible for the development and maintenance of production processes as well as the introduction of new products. You will be part of our high-frequency and electro-optical manufacturing team, which is responsible for our high-performance high-frequency key component processes. Your assignment contains:
- Qualification of epoxy and rheology analysis
- Characterization of process parameters for wedge and die bonding
- Process optimization for plasma cleaning
- Characterization of process parameters and data analysis
Qualifications- Studies (Master / Bachelor) in optical, electrical engineering or physics (or similar)
- Language skills:High-proficient English and Fluent German (native speaker or minimum C1)
- Completed internship with focus on lab-work and interest in lab-work and metrology
- Basic knowledge in electronics, optics, and telecommunications technology
- Interests in data analysis and software development
- Interest in automation solutions for production environments
- Team player with good communication and presentation skills
- Independent and result-oriented workstyle
