- Job Description:
- Hours are 9:30 AM – 12:00 AM 7 days a week
- No of Week Off (Fixed or Rotational) N/A the agents received a Fix shift based on Bid
- Shift Timings (Fixed or Rotational) - Fixed based on Shift bid Earliest start time is 9:30 AM, latest work time is 12:00 AM. This is subject to change at the client request.
