Job Description
This is a 24x6 customer support team. Team members will be on rotation shift., covering support channels across, BNB Forum, Telegram group and Discord.
Strong understanding of BNB Chain ecosystem, including BSC, opBNB and BNB Greenfield
Hands on technical support. Analyst issue and provide solutions and suggestions.
Deliver a stellar customer experience(i.e. SLA)
Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals
Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
Partner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions
Work in a quick changing environment
