About the Role
We are seeking a Rewards & People Operations Partner to lead the function at RootstockLabs. You will be dedicating your time as an rewards expert whilst coordinating the people operations administrative tasks, supporting the Head of Rewards & People Ops. Your remit is more than traditional Comp & Ben expert, you will be supporting the optimisation of the relationship
