Alice&Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.

We are looking for an “IT infrastructure and operations Manager” to be responsible for the run and evolution of our IT systems. Our IT system includes:
· corporate applications (Microsoft suite, Slack….), which are mainly hosted in the cloud
· hardware devices (laptops under Windows and Linux, Mac, workstations…)
· on-site network infrastructure
· on-premise servers (physical, virtual and containers) to support internal R&D + access to our chips offered to external customers

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage IT team : (currently 1 support technician, and 2 systems and network engineers) organizing the team (tasks repartition, standards and procedures definition…), communicating job expectations and appraising their performance, hiring, training and coaching new team members
- Daily administration of our servers and appliances.
- Troubleshooting and incident management.
- Work in close collaboration with the users in the company to identify new needs/requirements
- Elaborate the roadmap for the IT systems (evolution of applications, increase of material resources….) and execute it
- Identify, analyze and prioritize cybersecurityrequirements
- Establish the IT budget, and be responsible for the effective execution
REQUIREMENTS: - Proven working experience as an IT Manager
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, and of computer hardware/software systems
- Network administration
- Linux server administration
- Various webservice deployment
- Linux & Windows workstation
- Knowledge on network infrastructure
- Automation/IaC (infra as code)
- Security
- Operation of on-prem infra
- Knowledge of Office365 administration
- Incident management
- Experience in managing relationship with external providers
