Your mission
The Junior Technical Project Coordinator (m/f/d) will be an essential part of our R&D team, which includes researchers and engineers in physics and chemistry who collaborate closely with experts in pharma affairs, MRI application scientists, and project and product managers. In this role, you will help enhance the organization and information flow within the R&D team, supporting seamless collaboration across diverse functions and expertise areas. Main responsibilities:
- Assist technical leads and project teams in planning and documenting projects, groups of projects, and related activities and take ownership of planning, coordinating, and documenting tasks as needed
- Foster collaboration, effective communication, and transparency within project teams and with other key stakeholders
- Coordinate key activities for the R&D team, such as demos, paper submissions, and conferences
- Gather information and support planning for quarterly domain planning meetings
- Assist team members to implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies; ensure project documentation is up-to-date
- Track project progress, content changes, project-level decisions and timeline updates, providing regular reports on project status and developments
Your profile
- Academic degree (e.g., MSc) in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
- Interest in project management and organizational development within an R&D setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Ability to understand and support complex, collaborative projects aimed at developing innovative technologies
- Skills in synthesizing input from varied stakeholders into clear, actionable reports
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, sound judgment, and a supportive communication style
- Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus
- Empathetic and respectful demeanor, with a solid understanding of the demands of a fast-paced R&D environment
- Fluent English skills; German skills are a plus
