Responsibilities
- Leading new sales generation, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
- Analysing sales performance data and implementing strategies for improvement
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
- Creates and leads advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products & services. Identifies Multiverse Computing's advantages and positions Multiverse Computing’s products and services as superior to competitive offerings.
- Coordinates and organises technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training, etc.
- Works with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.
Required Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc./degree in sciences, engineering or similar
- 10+ years for Business development experience in selling engineering/technology applications with a proven track record of success, exceeding required sales quota
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM etc.)
- Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.
- Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.
- Excellent English, any other european language is a plus
- Travel: up to 50%

- Combination of a degree in Science/Engineering and an MBA
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
