For our Munich office, we are looking for a People & Culture Generalist (f/m/d) in full or part time.
Responsibilities
- You create and publish job postings, screen applications, coordinate and conduct interviews, and communicate with candidates
- Together with the team, you manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- You keep our HR system, Personio, up to date at all times
- You assist in organizing team events and training sessions
- You take on general administrative tasks
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a university degree
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and German
- You have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- You work professionally, discreetly, and proactively
