Job Summary
The Business Operations and Strategy team drives strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the company, with a focus on supporting our product-led business units to set and execute their product, business model, go-to-market, growth, and operational strategies; to develop, launch, iterate, and scale successful products; to measure progress, develop insights, and use quantitative analysis to drive effective decision-making at all levels; to develop financial models and long-term forecasts; and to advance operational excellence across all functions.
About You
- Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent practical experience
- 15+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related roles in high-growth technology companies
- Business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex, scientific- and tech-heavy business units and market
- Demonstrated capacity to switch between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
- Significant experience building business models & analyzing markets
- Operational muscles
- Track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Project management and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (Director/VP level)
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the value of complex technical products to non-technical audiences
- Track record of leading strategic and operational initiatives, working with leaders and teams, and influencing executive stakeholders
- Growth mindset

- Startup experience in fast-scaling environment
- Experience/understanding of AI, quantum technology, or related technical fields
- Experience/understanding of a science-based or tech-heavy industry – even better if it’s biopharma, cybersecurity, aerospace, medical devices, or financial services
- Expertise leading commercialization efforts to support successful product launches and market penetration
The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $229k - $321k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
