Your main responsibilities
Supporting the organisation of events, trade fair presences and webinars, online and onsite
Sharing content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
Expansion and monitoring of our website, social media channels and our newsletter
Creation of promotional texts, graphics and marketing materials using state-of-the-art marketing and communication tools as figma, mailchimp, trello
Supporting administrative work of the network and marketing executives in organizing various projects
Your experience and skills
Studying physics, event management, marketing or communication science
Confident handling of MS Office products
Creative mind and organizational talent
Independent, responsible and structured way of working
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Ideally practical experience in event management in an industrial or scientific environment
Ideally practical experience in b2b marketing and LinkedIn
Ideally knowledge of content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
